Clients may cancel bookings by e-mail. Capcosepuri-Fiborent Soc.Cons.arl will confirm the cancellation via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation of the service, please contact the Capcosepuri-Fiborent Soc.Cons.arl Booking Office directly.

Bookings may also be cancelled by telephone, providing subsequent confirmation is sent in writing.
No charge will be made for the cancellation of a vehicle hire service with driver or accessory services, provided said cancellation is accepted no later than three days in advance. For cancellations made later than three days in advance, the service must be paid for in full.

If your flight is cancelled or delayed, or diverted to another airport, the service is guaranteed from Florence airport for the duration of the calendar day it was booked for, at no extra charge. Our staff will take note of any changes and cancellations and will inform the driver.


Capcosepuri-Fiborent Soc.Cons.arl undertakes, as far as is reasonably possible, to ensure its vehicles reach the departure and arrival points on time. Capcosepuri-Fiborent Soc.Cons.arl may not, however, be held responsible for delays owing to reasons beyond its control. All vehicles have been registered recently and are provided with insurance cover for both vehicle and passengers, and are compliant with the driving permits in force in Italy and in the EU.

Passenger transport is fully covered by the insurance policy Capcosepuri-Fiborent Soc.Cons.arl has taken out for its vehicles with third parties. Passengers’ belongings are transported under the sole responsibility of the passengers, who must declare ownership thereof upon taking possession of the vehicle.

Capcosepuri-Fiborent Soc.Cons.arl reserves the right, at any time, to make changes to these agreements or parts thereof, without providing prior notice to clients, partners, tour operators or agencies. The rules governing the service may be viewed on the website at any time and are shown to clients upon booking.

The client must inform us as promptly as possible of any problems deriving from any inefficiencies or shortcomings directly attributable to our operations. We will do our best to solve any problems and compensate for any losses as swiftly as possible, in order to ensure clients are fully satisfied.

These Conditions governing transport and all related services are compliant with the laws governing the sale of vehicle hire services with driver and transport of third parties, thus providing safeguards for both passengers and their luggage.

Any complaints and requests for refunds must be sent to the Booking Office by e-mail within a month of the date of the transfer.
